Place Order – PBO Door to Port

You must include your quote reference number / pre booking number (7 digits) on all forms and emails
To place your order, we need the following information and documentation:
1. Deposit – $500
By submitting the deposit, you acknowledge you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions-fcl and Term and Condition-lcl
You will be required to e-sign an order for service with these Terms and Conditions
Pay by Overnight Check or Money Order
2. Address Information
Click address information form complete and submit – all fields are required.
3. Passport – Clear Copy (picture and number must be viewable)
We will need a clear copy of the shipper’s passport. If the consignee, the person who will receive the shipment overseas, is different from the shipper, please provide a copy of their passport too. The consignee will be listed on the Bill of Lading.
Scan and email as an attachment to adm@intlmove.com
4. Item List
Submit an Item List, calculating the volume of your shipment.
Please complete My Item List and submit.
Shipping to Brazil or Argentina
Shipping to Brazil, submit a clear copy of your CPF or CIC card
Shipping to Argentina, submit a clear copy of your CUIL card
Scan and send as an attachment to adm@intlmove.com
Important Note:
Please submit all of the above information 30 to 90 days prior to your Planned Pick Up Date
We cannot accept an order with Planned Pick up Date 16 days or less from the date we receive all of the above information
