Hi Diana,
Today we received all our packages, and let me tell you they all arrived in well shape.
The service was wonderful, on time (actually weeks before the date Luis told me in the US), and we did not need to do much, just wait at our home door.
I would recommend your service to any acquaintance that might be planning to move out.
Luis was great, so please give my thanks to him, he did a great job, taking care of all the little details, and answering all our questions and requirements.
The only advice is to improve your tracking system. It was not easy to read through.
Overall. the service was excellent.

Best,
Pablo

 Hi Frank,

I thought the move went very smoothly.
The movers were prompt and courteous.
My only complaint is that it took a little over 10 weeks to get there, but that was not really anyone’s fault.
Just having to deal with customs.

We believe that promoting this approach and attitude, develops an unparalleled level of integrity and dedication to our customers needs and satisfaction

Our Move Consultants will not produce “half truth statements” in order to secure a sale:
• They will not under estimate the transit time for your shipment
• They will not provide “guarantees”, where such guarantees are not in their control
• They will not furnish an unrealistic rate in order to get an order
• They will not produce a misleading quote with small print allowing overcharging

Our Move Consultants will work with you honestly and with integrity
• They will provide you with the best price for shipping your household goods
• They will go the extra mile to fulfill your needs, including “rush pick ups”
• They will regretfully rather “lose” your order than provide you with misleading information regarding transit time and estimated time of arrival

We accept that we can not fully satisfy 100% of the thousands customers that contact us each month; but we sure try to, and we take great pride in achieving a high percentage of success, as represented in the constant flow of testimonials we receive
