Dear IntlMove, Inc.,
I must say how glad I am that I chose you as my moving company and that I
got Doug as a coordinator. I have been very happy with the process and you made this time of transition all the more easier for myself and family.
Getting out of the military is already hard enough, especially at a young
age, and then dealing with a move -with expenses out of my own pocket- to
get back “home” makes it all even tougher to deal with.
Having never handled my “own” move, I was completely confused and unsure about everything – not to mention very nervous about paying money without even having gone through the move yet!
Doug was very patient with me and has been with me the whole way. He is the one that convinced me to go with IntlMove in the first place. His insistency and faithful phone calls every two days helped me make up my mind, and so far I have not been sorry for the choice I have made.
Doug has explained to me every little aspect in full detail, hiding nothing,
and being very honest about the expenses that I would be facing, not to
mention timely in his responses to my emails and phone messages.
I would not have chosen anyone but Doug to help me out – he is very friendly and pleasant to talk to.
The Admin department has also been very helpful and patient with
explanations and also timely with the responses to my inquiries in regards
to the process. I appreciate the patience, since I have no knowledge of the
moving business.
Thank you all, InltMove, Doug, for the great service. If I should ever have to consider moving “out of my own pocket” again, you will definitely be my first choice!

Madeline Morrell
