Hi Diana,
Today we received all our packages, and let me tell you they all arrived in well shape.
The service was wonderful, on time (actually weeks before the date Luis told me in the US), and we did not need to do much, just wait at our home door.
I would recommend your service to any acquaintance that might be planning to move out.
Luis was great, so please give my thanks to him, he did a great job, taking care of all the little details, and answering all our questions and requirements.
The only advice is to improve your tracking system. It was not easy to read through.
Overall. the service was excellent.
Best,
Pablo

Marco,
I found the box. I can’t believe I missed it. I thought I had checked every box several times. I apologize for any work this may have caused you.

Marco,
We received the shipment. Everything went smooth on this end. I am pleased with the way everything went and was handled. I will be writing you a complimentry letter. However, there is one item. We are missing a box our number #88. We had our own numbers on all the boxes with a detailed inventory. The box was a large 18×18x24″. It is just not here. We had few large boxes. The main item in the box would not fit in a medium box.
Can you check your end for the missing box. Thanks.
