Att: Operation Department
I just wanted to write you regarding Luis Barrios, who has been handling my specific delivery from Los Angeles to Hong Kong. I wanted to point out his hard work and time spent on our delivery to ensure my satisfaction with the delivery. In every step of the process, Luis has informed me exactly what has been happening, and what is needed from me.
For example, when I was charged extra for the additional unexpected weight, Luis researched every possibility to make sure the charges were valid and correct. He also took time to research the charges from my bill after I contacted him.
Another example is when we were charged a $500 late fee. Luis understood my situation (I was traveling at the time) and fought to get the charges waived. I understand that it took a lot of his time and energy and I am extremely appreciative of his work to get the charges waived.
So I am glad and thankful that Luis has been the one who has handled my delivery and he has made my experience with IntlMove a good one.

Sincerely
Gary Chan
