Hello Bob
Apologies for the delay in thanking you for your very professional assistance and everything that you did for me, in making the experience with IntlMove, so very easy.  The pick-up went so smoothly, and the crew that you ordered in, were amazing!
I am leaving for South Africa on Monday, would there be any chance that you may know, when my shipment will leave the USA, and when I could expect to receive it?  This would help in regards to me making a decision, as to when look for accommodation.
My email address remains unchanged.  I look forward to hearing from you.
Enjoy the rest of summer!

Best regards
Janet

I will also be in touch with Bob to let him know how pleased we were with the service received.
