I hope the notification you received from the “removals quote website” let you know that I put in the comments box that the moving date is tentative. In other words, the relocation is not imminent. I will bear in mind – and save to file – your quote, as it enables me to put together a budget for the move.
I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate you. Yours and one other company provided me with rough quotes by email, which is exactly what I asked for. Another couple of companies are haunting me by phone now, and will simply not get my business because they couldn’t follow instructions. Why would I let anyone who can’t take instructions take care of the paperwork involved in moving my schtuff, let alone ensure that it gets to the right place?
I will be in contact with you when I have a firm date for the relocation and can give you a more exact cubic measure of what is to be moved.
