Tnx. for your fast service! We greatly appreciate your taking the time to fit us in. So far, your firm has been very responsive, which bodes well for the move, and is one main reason I selected it. Gloria has been a wonder, answering questions, and returning Es and calls, sometimes within minutes!
I also found Eric and the rest of the staff I have dealt with to be polite, professional, timely, and customer-service oriented. This is another reason I selected IM.
One thing IM CAN’T improve is Gloria’s customer-service driven attitude and hard work! She is a gem, and the kind of person I always love to deal with, whether in my own operations or when I am doing business with a firm! I greatly appreciate all she has done so far, and I am sure that her assistance will set the stage for a successful move. If all the IM staff and their affiliates are as attentive to the customer as she is, the move can hardly fail to go well. Please pass this on to David for me.
