To Whom It May Concern; I wanted to take this opportunity to say a couple of things about your company and your employee Jeff -First, regarding the company, your organization has been by far the easiest to work with of the many I have contacted regarding my small move - your web site is intuitive (rather than counter intuitive like most of your competitors) and was easy for me to use even as a total novice. It walked me thru the steps required to allow you to calculate a quote for me and these steps were not onerous, again unlike the steps required by your competitors for me to could even get a quote. Second, regarding Jeff; Jeff was responsive, understanding of my situation, knowledgeable, patient and very professional - from my limited experience of working with Jeff I would feel confident entrusting your company with all my worldly possessions - Jeff does an a outstanding job of representing your company to the potential client. I am still not sure if I can make the financial end of the move work but that is only reason I won’t make the move. It is no reflection on your company or your staff and I assure you that I WON’T be using a competitor – your company is my first and last best choice. Thank you for your time and consideration Joe H
