Dear IntlMOVE Inc. Manager,
After several calls and emails back and forth with your various departments, I ended up being transferred to Eric who was knowledgeable about my shipment, explained to me what each line item meant and made me feel at ease that my personal goods were in good hands with your company. I have moved several times within the United States and have always had a difficult time making personal contact with someone, so this was a refreshing change to actually speak to a live person who seemed to genuinely care about answering my questions.
I have a couple of more friends relocating to Europe in the next year and I assure you that IntlMOVE will come highly recommended.
